This project was made difficult by a developer who, it later turned out, had a history of problematic owner relations, a penchant for abusing the PA condo laws, and a general lack of honesty.  Regardless, this unit was described by the owner’s Realtor (who was also the Realtor of the developer) as “the nicest in the building.”
